{"id":16228,"date":"2021-10-25T12:54:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-25T12:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sterlingcitizenship.com\/?page_id=16228"},"modified":"2023-08-29T06:50:15","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T06:50:15","slug":"dominica","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sterlingcitizenship.com\/?page_id=16228","title":{"rendered":"Dominica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Economic Diversification Fund<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>US$100,000 (one hundred thousand United States dollars) for the main applicant;<\/li>\n<li>US$150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand United States dollars) for the main applicant and<br \/>\nspouse;<\/li>\n<li>US$175,000 (one hundred and seventy-five thousand United States dollars) for the main applicant<br \/>\nand up to three dependants;<\/li>\n<li>US$25,000 (twenty-five thousand United States dollars) for any additional dependant under the age<br \/>\nof eighteen;<\/li>\n<li>US$50,000 (fifty thousand United States dollars) for any additional dependant eighteen years of age<br \/>\nor older;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional EDF Fee<\/h2>\n<p>The following fees must be paid in addition to the minimum EDF contribution:<\/p>\n<h3>PROCESSING FEES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Per application \u2013 USD 1,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>DUE DILIGENCE FEES*<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Main applicant \u2013 USD 7,500<\/li>\n<li>Spouse \u2013 USD 4,000<\/li>\n<li>Dependent aged 16 years or above \u2013 USD 4,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Enhanced due diligence checks and fees may sometimes be required, depending on the applicant\u2019s current citizenship status, and other personal circumstances.<\/p>\n<h2>OTHER FEES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate of Naturalization fee \u2013 USD 250 per person<\/li>\n<li>Expedited passport issuance fee \u2013 USD 1,200 per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dominica Real Estate Investment Options<\/h2>\n<p>To qualify for Dominican citizenship under the real estate option of its Citizenship by Investment programme, you must purchase authorized property worth at least USD $200,000.
