An applicant may buy real estate worth at least US$400,000 and retain title to it through sole ownership. Alternatively, two applicants may decide to invest a minimum of US$200,000 each in a combined acquisition of real estate valued at US$400,000. There will be joint ownership of the property. Each person is required to contribute at least US$400,000 to the joint investment.
